Maintaining a shared philosophy of the hotel's eco vision, Blue Plate Taco will continue the brand's dedication to sustainability by using fresh ingredients, locally farmed produce and organic meat products, encompassing a cleaner approach to Mexican cuisine. Open for lunch and dinner seven days a week, this welcoming, casual, beach-style dining spot will focus on salads, tacos, grilled seafood and meats, all served with the restaurant's delicious homemade tortillas and chips, and made perfect to be shared. Exciting menu options include the restaurant's signature Lobster Truffle Tacos, a wide variety of ceviches and inventive salsas.
