Shore Hotel in Santa Monica is excited to announce the addition of its first food and beverage outlet-Blue Plate Taco, the third installment from the creators of Blue Plate Oysterette and Blue Plate on Montana. With stunning views of the Pacific along Ocean Avenue and adjacent to the pool at Shore Hotel, this healthy, authentic update to the classic taco stand draws inspiration from the fresh, coastal cuisine found in seaside towns throughout Mexico.
Maintaining a shared philosophy of the hotel's eco vision, Blue Plate Taco will continue the brand's dedication to sustainability by using fresh ingredients, locally farmed produce and organic meat products, encompassing a cleaner approach to Mexican cuisine. Open for lunch and dinner seven days a week, this welcoming, casual, beach-style dining spot will focus on salads, tacos, grilled seafood and meats, all served with the restaurant's delicious homemade tortillas and chips, and made perfect to be shared. Exciting menu options include the restaurant's signature Lobster Truffle Tacos, a wide variety of ceviches and inventive salsas. The restaurant offers refreshing cocktails and handmade margaritas, as well as light and fun desserts, such as churros and raspado shaved ice with fresh fruit mixes.
