Our Commitment to Cleanliness

We would like to assure our guests visiting Shore Hotel that our Hotel is operating at the highest standards for hygiene and cleanliness. Our hotel’s health and safety measures include everything from handwashing hygiene and cleaning product specifications to guest room and common area cleaning procedures.

Important information for arriving guests: Local government regulations currently require everyone coming into Shore Hotel wear a face covering.  Additionally, there is no public gathering and no eating allowed unless you are in your room.  We have a wonderful menu for you to enjoy while you stay with us and a minibar you can access at any time.

Employee Health and Safety is our priority. Our employees are essential to an effective cleaning program and we are working closely with our team to educate and offer continuous training and tools. In addition, we use cleaning products and protocols that are recommended to be effective against viruses.

Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Always wash when removing gloves, using restrooms, start and end of shift, before eating, and after blowing one’s nose, sneezing, or coughing.

Hand sanitizer is available in many areas of public spaces, including check-in area, entrance elevator landings on the lobby floor and in the valet parking area. In addition to guest areas, we have sanitizers located in employee breakroom, bathrooms, and other entrances and office areas.  For use, if soap and water are not available and hands are not visibly dirty, we use alcohol-based sanitizers that contain at least 60% alcohol.

Social Distancing is very important to us. We ask guests to practice social distancing, and we have made it easy by placing floor signage located in public areas.  For employees, if face to face meetings are absolutely necessary, we diligently maintain 6 feet separation.

For your convenience and safety, additional steps that Shore Hotel is taking include:

Guest Room cleaning
We wear gloves and masks when we clean the rooms. We use cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean rooms 24 hours after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items.

Public Spaces cleaning and disinfecting
We wear gloves and masks when we clean the public areas. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public spaces, with a focus on the counter at the front desk, elevators, and elevator buttons, door handles, public bathrooms and even room keys and credit card machines.

Back of House cleaning and disinfecting
We wear gloves and masks when we clean all areas for employees. We have increased the number of times we clean these areas, with attention to all high touch areas including entrances, locker rooms, laundry rooms, and staff offices.
