We recognize that the COVID-19 virus has required all of us to be more mindful as we go through our regular activities. Our hotel’s health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and cover everything from handwashing hygiene and cleaning product specifications to guest room and common area cleaning procedures.

    Employee health and safety is essential to an effective cleaning program. 

Specific Steps that we are taking as a company

  • All employees of Shore Hotel are receiving training on our cleaning protocols regarding COVID-19. Every member of our staff must strictly comply with these protective measures recommended by the CDC.
  • We have made hand sanitizer available to all guests and employees, in touchless dispensers whenever possible. This has been placed in key places around the hotel, which include: lobby, elevator, pool, fitness center, valet parking area, as well as dining and event spaces.
  • Masks are not required to be worn on the property, however, masks are strongly encouraged. 
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing to once per hour in all public areas. We are focusing on all frequent contact surfaces such as the front desk counter, bell desk, elevators, elevator buttons, door handles, public bathrooms, room keys, credit card machines, gym equipment, and all seating areas.
  • We use cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean all guest rooms. We pay particular attention to all high-touch items inside of each room. All linen and laundry are replaced daily and washed at a high temperature.
  • We ask our guests and team members to wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
