  • Check in is at 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival.
  • Check out is at 11:00 AM on the day of your departure.
  • Time Zone: Pacific Standard Time
  • Payment Method: Please be aware this hotel requires an EMV/Chip credit card upon arrival with a state or federal ID. Upon check-in, the hotel will obtain a credit card authorization for the full amount of Room & Tax, a $200 hold for incidental charges for the 1st night, and a hold of $100 for each additional night. Please allow your bank/credit card company 5-7 business days after check out to return any unused balance from the incidental hold. If your room was pre-paid, then only the incidental hold will be required at check-in.
  • Deposit Policy: A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the room.
  • Pre-Authorization Policy: The hotel reserves the right to authorize the credit card on file prior to check-in.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made by 4 p.m. PST, 24 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a one-night cancellation fee, plus tax.
  • No Show Policy: Guest that no-show for their reservations prevent the hotel from selling the room. Therefore, reservations that no-show will be charged for the entire reservation.
  • Estimated Taxes & Fees: Guest room rates are subject to prevailing taxes and fees, currently 14.495% per room per night, and a Tourism Marketing District (TMD) fee, currently $5.25 per room, per night. These taxes and fees are subject to change without notice.
  • No Smoking Policy & Fees: Shore Hotel is a 100% non-smoking property. A $300 cleaning fee will be billed to your account if smoking occurs in your room or on the balcony. This includes e-cigarettes and vape pens.
  • Parking: On property, self-parking options are available to all guests for $35 plus tax. This includes unlimited in and out privileges. 
  • Gift Certificates & Prepaid Bookings: Gift Certificates are available. Prepaid bookings require a Credit Card Authorization Form to be completed and faxed to the hotel at least 24 hours prior to the guest’s arrival. Credit Card Authorization Form could be requested via email info@shorehotel.com.
  • Tax-Exempt Guests: All Tax Exempt Guests must bring an Individual Tax Exempt form from their organization and present it upon checking in.
  • Additional Person Fee: $20.00 per adult, over two adults. Maximum of 4 adults, per room.
  • Special Requests: Any special requests, including room type, cannot be guaranteed, and will be honored based on availability at check-in.
  • Online Reservation Procedures: By clicking submit to confirm reservation, guest agrees to the rate and room policies of this reservation. The site may contain technical inaccuracies and typographical or other errors in connection with information displayed on the site, including limitation rates, fees, or availability applicable to your transaction. Shore Hotel assumes no responsibility or liability for such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Shore shall have the right to not honor reservations or information affected by such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Shore shall have the right to make changes, corrections, cancellations and/or improvements to such information or reservations based on such information, at any time, including after confirmation of a reservation.

For our guests who choose to visit with their pets, kindly look at the following guidelines:

  • We welcome well-mannered, house-trained dogs.
  • Each room is limited to (2) non-service pets.
  • Cleaning Fee of $100 dollars for a 1-7-night stay and an additional $100 every 7 days thereafter will be charged to your guest folio.
  • Pet owners are responsible for picking up after their pets.
  • Should any pet display dangerous, aggressive or unacceptable behavior (including but not limited to biting, excessive barking and/or evidence of disease), The Shore hotel reserves the right for their immediate removal.
  • Please reference the Pet Agreement for complete policies relating to housekeeping services, noise complaints, damages to accommodations and more.
  • While Emotional Support Animals or Comfort Animals are often used as part of a medical treatment plan as therapy animals, they are not considered service animals under the ADA and remain subject to the pet agreement and non-refundable fee.
  • The Shore Hotel allows up to 2 non-service pets in selected room types.
  • A pet cleaning fee of $100 dollars for 1-7 stay and an additional $100 every 7 days thereafter will be charged to your guest receipt
  • Pets are not allowed to be unattended in the room.
  • Recommendations for nearby parks and local pet friendly restaurants are provided at the concierge desk if needed.
